My name is Josh. The good lord has blessed me with a beautiful wife, and two wonderful children. I was Born & raised on a farm in Hickory County Missouri. I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, & reloading. Hunting turkey is one of my favorite things in the world. I've been a member of this page since 2007. I had a small trap line but gave it away when I started traveling for work. Im back home and looking to start back up. I live in Southeast Missouri, I'm a journeyman lineman by trade. Look forward to talking to you all and learning something.

Hello everyone! I'm Chad and I'm addicted to your forum! I've been reading posts for about a week now and I'm really enjoying the conversations and info. I'm a greenhorn to trapping and anxious to learn. I've wanted to do this my whole life but never had the chance to know a trapper and be mentored. I'm hoping to learn how to gain land access along with the rest of the outdoor tradition. Anyone in NWMo interested in showing a newbie around? Thanks Chad

Hello, my name is Josh. I am the same kid as trapshooter25 but I forgot my password and got logged out. I haven't been on for a long time cuz I've been pretty busy with work and school and couldn't remember my password so I decided to just make a new account. But I'm back cause even these crappy fur prices cant keep me from trapping.

I'm new and located in southeast Missouri. Been hunting and fishing for over 20 years. Just started trapping a couple years ago, mainly targeting coons with dps. Started doing it so I could spend time outdoors with my boy that's six now, and he didn't have to try and be still and quiet. Really caught the bug and started expanding this year going into the coming fall. Been picking up some different size coil springs and conibears. Studying different sets and such. Look forward to reading and learning and such.

I'm right on the tip, north of the bluff. Feeling pretty confident with my dp tricks I have learned. Just have to work on the predator sets now.

I'm new. Started trapping last year mainly to keep critters out of my cattle feed. I really enjoyed it. Hope I can attend one of the get togethers. I'm from the Lebanon area.

I'm new. Started trapping last year mainly to keep critters out of my cattle feed. I really enjoyed it. Hope I can attend one of the get togethers. I'm from the Lebanon area. Welcome to our great site, huntin farmer! The Laurie get together is totally awesome. Wish we could invite Guns N Roses to sing at one of them so we could hear Welcome to the Jungle and finally appreciate what a perfect song it is! I have been to three of the Laurie clinics, (only one Guns N Roses concert cause I am getting old!) and they, the clinics and concerts, are amazing perfect and wild and crazy! I buy lots of furs in Lebanon area but with the current coon market, I don't drive up to buy 200 coons these days. Guess those super coon hunters are mulching there tomators with them. Not a bad idea! Welcome to the Jungle farm hunter! \Silverfox
