I got a coonhound so catching a live coon is really good for training, go catch some bait fish that are big enough that they cant slip through the wire. (keep them alive) set your live trap with the back of it in the water a little bit put the fish in the back of the trap the fish will flop around and attract coons i havent caught anyting but coons in ths set usually catch one about every 1 to 3 days Tyler Cunningham

can do the same thing in a coni bucket on enough incline to hold a little water. check your regs before using live bait though.
