We all need some type of pack or basket to carry our traps, stakes, and animals that we catch, right? Instead of spending upwards of $60.00 for Fiberglass pack that is heavy, or 20 to 60 dollars for a wooden pack that will last for a few years try using a military duffle bag. I bought a used one on ebay for $5.00 and have had great success with it. Its alot easier to carry drowner stakes and is big enough to carry a few animals as well. Also, with the two shoulder straps, you can throw it on your back just like the more expensive trap baskets.

joefromeldonmo i made mine out of a rubermaid tall kitchen trash can and used seat bealts for the straps total cost 6 bucks just cause we have a vehical grave yard and the seat belts were repurposed. but they will like you say hold alot and if it breaks i just un bolt the straps and get a new one i have yet to break it and i slipped down the ditch and landed square on it and i bounced back off the ground and never even cracked it and it was about 20 degrees out so beats 60 bucks for a pack basket

Army ALICE LC-1 Large or Medium packs with an LC-2 Pack-Frame.
Up to 70lbs recommended carrying capacity the Medium has 3 large outside pockets for your stuff and outside webbing for hanging things...
I can carry a big beaver in the medium...put a desk sized plastic trash can in it and no worries with blood and such.
