Last month, I was at the blackpowder range and one of the events was clays with smoothbore muskets. I was the youngest guy there (pretty bad) and got down on my hands and knees and launched clays for everybody. Man I hate loading clay pigeon launchers. I would rather hand throw. I have seen some real dangerous accidents trying to pull back that lever too.
I got a little Christmas bonus so I hauled off and bought an automatic thrower. Just push the remote. Now I got something to do with all the ammo I have saved for bird hunting. I think it will be fun and everyone will enjoy.
I am headed to the barn to charge up an old car battery.
