Got home OK. Glad I went. Thanks to Pops for the armadillo eggs. Jim had the best tomatoes I have seen this year. Tenman made his usual good chili with Dons burger meat(?). I sold 47 qts of honey and Jim brought me more jars. Talking about trapping has me fired up. Got a good deal from Don on some conis. Brought my brother along. He is a lone trapper/hunter and needed to be among like minded people. Dale laid down some plans for trapping school. He used me as an example of somebody that might learn something. Gunsmoke has a cool 6mm rifle. Clint and Vince brought kids and they had a ball.

It's just too bad that those Armadillers had to die so we could eat, but such is life.
It was a good day- too bad I couldn't stay longer, but as always it was a blessing to the others that I couldn't stay longer.

Nice seeing everyone that showed up. I look forward to seeing ya'll. Glad the diller eggs was a hit. I'll prolly bring another batch next year. They seemed to go over purty good with everyone. Paul's chili hit the spot Saturday evening. Don's biscuits and gravy was a good way to start the day. For those that didn't go ya'll missed some good eatin, good friendships, good campfire chats and just a good time in general.
