My Dad turned me on to bloxygen. It is argon gas in an aerosol can. He uses it on partially full paint cans. Give a one second squirt under the lid and quickly close. The inert gas displaces the oxygen and stops the paint from hardening. Reading up on this stuff, it is good for all kinds of stuff. Food, paint, gunpowder, olive oil, coffee. It keeps food from getting stale. If you buy bulk items then give it a shot and tightly seal. I am thinking this would be great for sealing fish oil and other baits till next year. Put a stop to that stale peanut smell. With that thought, I read on and found out bait and lure makers are already using it. It would be good for bulk gunpowder that you might not use for a few more years too. It runs almost $20 a can but Dad uses his all the time on paint and still has plenty left. The can feels weird as it is super light. It is lighter than an empty can. Attachment Deleted
