Takes 15 minutes . Take a muffin pan spray with non stick spray , put spinach and whatever else you want in the cup part , we put rotelle tomatoes ,bacon bits, onions ,mushrooms . Scramble 6 eggs for a six hole pan , fill 3/4 full ( it will rise ) with egg , bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 or till not eggy in the middle .
