All I am saying is to think one is going to "force" states into allowing a NR trapping season well is unrealistic and will create far more issues down the road for any chance of such, not to mention very costly and time consuming in front of a judge and the outcome is well going to remain the same I am afraid.

bad blood is never a positive thing. Again NTA or FTA will have little traction on this issue in states just the way it is. The game depts want to hear from their state orgs and the people it will effect or not effect inside their state. They are the voting base.

I would love to go back out to SD and trap for a few weeks at my leisure, I have tons of great ground to work but for now it won't happen. I would have to follow the rules they came up with which I agree is a joke, yet this is the powers that be that handed it down. Their should be no season on coyotes period for NR trappers and the bobcat season should remain the same if anything allow a quota for NR trappers. Yet they came up with this delayed start thing that hinders many at all from going out there trapping. Money talks and trapping isn't a big money issue......,,,

I think Missouri needs to change to if we can't do it in your state you can't do it here. Non resident permit prices should be based on what thier state charges too.

The way I see SD was a few narrow minded people Randy Shumaker being the biggest one . Went to his state rep from Howard SD,that might be related ,and cried about people from Minnesota catching his muskrats . I am glad you can't go ,neither can I .
