I bought a fleshing knife from Jim- Stainles steel raser sharp. the best fleshing knife ever its so sharp U must B carfel I think has made my fleshing better I have less cuts But it cut me!!thanks Jim..

That's Lee Steinmeyer's knife (the FHA agent in Kansas). Everything Lee makes is nice. I got one this summer, but it'll probably be next year before I use it.

Lee makes a nice knife, I didn't think they were Stainless.

Pick one up two weeks ago , for me it works like a champ . Now if i could only find a champ to use it
