Question can you re-hydrate a pelt and then dry it again without slippage. I put a coyote up the other day put him on the board skin out to dry just a little. Long story short a lot of things went to hell and he is just about finished fur in. Any suggestions?

Wipe it down with a wet rag (or wrap a slightly damp towel around it for a while), or spray it lightly with water. You'll be fine.

Man, where do you find burlap any more? I need some to smoke...

potatoes still come in burlap, I think. Burlap is used to cover new concrete or was when I last worked a big job, so should be available at a construction supply. I think I still have a shorts bag or two put away some where. But burlap/jute is not every day common like it was twenty years ago. Don't even know if shorts and midds are still sold, been several years since I fed livestock. Best just use a towel, at any rate it's easy to rehydrate a pelt enough to turn it.
