Kept the store closed today.Going to watch the citrus bowl.First time since 1962 I will be able to watch the Gophers play on New Years day--and yes I did watch the game in 1962. Tom

If I had been born in 62--I would be young. Dale what year were you born in? I started playing little league baseball in 57.Got my first bat and ball in 55,so yes I am old. Tom

Started trapping in 63 .later 60s for fur.Muskrats were 35 to 45 cents each.Though mink were 15.00 for males. Tom

The best trapping years were the late 70's early 80's....guy could make enough to pay for Christmas....

no no no best trapping years were before I was born 20s&30s one skunk was a days wages or more
since I can remember I'd say mid 60s you youngins have no concept of what inflation has done, 63-64 season my 12 yr old pal (with some help from me) shipped $750 of fur and wages were $1.25-$2.00, gas @ $.16/gal look up Keynesian economics and blame Mr. Nixon for going to fiat (fake) money
