Game Camera results and trapping start.

Well I thought I was having a tough start on my property. But game camera really verifies that I don't have a ton of activity.

Last year i just was slammed with Opossum's - 20 total what I took on my property. I am glad, can't hurt for better turkey nest in the spring.

But this year is blowing me away. I am already at 12, about 50/50 female to male. which is way ahead of this time last year.

Have been really really disappointed in my DP's, catching little to nothing. But that is what the game camera is showing. I really don't see on camera alot of Raccoons. If they do show up, they are caught. Looking back last year this time, I am just a little behind so I guess it will pick up.



Good news and a big target for me is this Grey Fox I think. He was their on the 14th but does not show up on camera since then, but I have two sets right near this spot, time will tell.




Of course I had nothing set when Coyote came thru. Have no photo of any since.

Now to the Cats, I had tons of Bobcats photos of different ones but basically slowed to a trickle. I am one of head of last year already.

Which is interesting on this Rosetta Bobcat she shifted from one end of property to the other end of the property before getting caught in the middle of the property.





I do have this notch ear, black leg spot cat, but have not seen him since. Time will tell
