I wont be able to trap this year, a little over a week ago I found out I have stage 3 stomach cancer, the reason I posted this was to tell everybody if you have a little bellyache that wont go away you better go get scoped. I had one since feb. went to doc. gave me pills,went back 2 mon. later xrays and sonogram showed nothing waited thinking it would go away,which it didn't. Finally got scoped and what a shock, retired 4 years ago, now Im 57 trying to stay upbeat but hard,

Sorry to hear catkilr,but don't give in.Stay as active as you can and you WILL beat this. Modern medicine has made great strides to cure this disease.
One of the easiest things to cure if caught early enough. This should be a reminder to everyone 40 years and older to have a scope done,whether you think you have a problem or not,as early detection is the first step in beating it.
You'll be in my prayers!

I hope U get right with god. I just lost a good friend to the stuf.6'3 300lbs never sick in 69 years DR said stage 4 canser 4 months ..........I mis him.......

many thanks for the prayers,I start rd3 of chemo next week then after that ct scan I know chemo is working cus my stomach hasn't hurt for 2 weeks !!!!!! I would like to see more posts on how everybody is doing and if you have sold anything whats the averages. This is tearing me up not trapping and only being able to look outside and not doing anything ! once again THANKS FOR THE PRAYERS!

aint sold nothing yet glad to hear your doing better I had an accident in sept before trapping season aint felt like going full blast either but have been a little get well soon brother trapper
