Well I'll throw this out. I have no proof it's just a theory I have and it might be wrong, BUT, I think MDC brought them here to help control their precious elk herd and they have dropped a few here and there so that they will have a reason to put elk throughout the state where they will go fourth and multiply so that they can open a season on them to gain more of that nasty old money. Just a thought I've had for a while now.

Okay, we need to re-define the UFO thread. UFO's are everywhere. So it'll be an Alien SPACECRAFT thread. And Mike, you already broke the rules by bringing it up here, on the MOUNTAIN LION thread. Shame on you. I expected better.

since we're on the subject of cats, four of my barn cats have just died in the last week or so from no aparent cause; look like they just fell over, but in each case have the mouth wide open as though they were screaming. I don't have clue?
Maybe if I look I can find the story I wrote about the big cat hunt we had here in 1967. Lasted all night and covered about five sections, involved hounds and shots were fired, some people were scared. Myself included. (but I didn't let on)
