Krank, would a .50 cal blackpowder deer sabot be any good or should I just use a .50 cal blackpowder ball?

any big slow bullet will have no or very little expansion. If u reload check bullet densities, years ago I loaded my 06 bullets backwards, no expansion at all

Krank, would a .50 cal blackpowder deer sabot be any good or should I just use a .50 cal blackpowder ball? Somewhere I got a picture of a coyote I shot with a Knight 50 cal. That saboted bullet was nasty as to what it did.....About the same as a 44 mag at 50 yds.....

Love the 204 for Varmits!! One hole in and that's it,unless soft tissue like a belly shot. 32 gr @ over 4200 fps the animal doesn't have time to take a breath!! Normally I use 40 gr @3900 fps but they've hard to get a hold of lately. Real tack driver!! Great for doe season too!
