I use the 150 traps for muskrat and have caught several coon in them in the past there only a single spring caught my biggest coon to date in one he was 38in so the 155s will be just fine

If you haven't fully committed to 155's id suggest a trial of tge 160's. they seem to be a better trap for us. In tge past 3 years weve taken about 150 coons in 160's abd havent had an issue yet. I was a diehard 220 fan till i gave them a fair trial.

NO, you cannot. Read the code book and LEARN THE RULES before you set a coni on land or anywhere for that matter.

NO, you cannot. Read the code book and LEARN THE RULES before you set a coni on land or anywhere for that matter. That been the whole problem this season. With the fur prices that we had last year is bringen ever swingin precker and set of teats out to sling steel, and without followin the rules and regs of this sport. They are the ones that is gonna put the hurten on our rules and regs. Throwin 160's, 220's, and 330's out on dry land and not checkin there traps on a daily basis. Cant tell ya how many traps I came across with no name tags on them this year. It will be a wonder that we will even be able to trap at all come next season with all these yaho's out throwin illegal sets everywhere. Didnt mean to vent as I did, but cant wait till the fur prices goes back down, so us true trappers can do what we love to do.

Man it must suck, all the wanna be's messin you guys up, lucky we didn't get hit with the wanna be's down here in La. Our rules are pretty much whats in season & whats not, we can use any trap we want any where, people that don't follow rules & regs just make it hard on the ones that do it cause they love it.
