My name is Chip Stamper. I own Missouri Taxidermy Institute. I am looking to buy bobcats, grey foxes, nice coyotes, and a few odd colored coons. Animals must be well furred with no foot damage. Coyotes must be really nice ones. Ones that you would mount and put in your house. Students also like the black or odd colored coons. I will buy them frozen on the carcass, or dorsal skinned for taxidermy. All these will be mounted by students and taken back for display in their showrooms.
In the past I have called around to the fur buyers and matched their prices. This has led to me being "lit up" on this site for trying to take advantage of trappers. I am not trying to take advantage of anyone. I am also not too crazy about being taken advantage of. So I am going to try something new. Maybe this will work better for all.
I need 30 Bobcats 30 Grey Foxes 30 Nice coyotes If you have any of these animals, contact me with your best price. You know what you need to get out of them. I promise I will not haggle, or try to beat you down on your animals. I will buy them or pass. I am not a fur buyer, I don't buy these for resale, so when I get the number I need I am done. The best way to contact me is through email.
Thanks, Chip cstamper@taxidermy-schools.com

I have been getting calls asking if we are buyi ng fur this year. We will be buying bobcats, grays, and super nice coyotes. Animals must be frozen on the carcass or dorsal skinned for taxidermy. I am not a fur dealer, so animals skinned for the fur market won't work for us.
I am going to buy like I did last year. That seemed to work out well for everyone. Email me with a list of your animals and price. I will buy or pass. I won't haggle, and try to beat you down on your price. You know what you need to get out of your fur. Please don't ask what I am paying this year. I suppose that is up to you.
Thanks, Chip

Supertrap63 sorry I didn't get back with you on your pronghorn. I don't check this forum often. Pronghorns are the most fragile of all North American gameheads. If you haven't started on him yet give me a call.

IF I do any trappin' this year, Chip will be where I'm taking my stuff. I won't be able to put-up any amount of fur, so it's nice to have a place to take critters.

Man last pronghorn I mounted didn't work out to good....ended up with skinned knees and a black eye.... I hear ya! I only mount does! Never a buck! I hear all these local hickerbillies talking about mounting a big buck! I'd be so embarrassed to ever admit it if I were them. They just don't seem to care. Guess that's why those fellas poach deer year round in these parts. Our season is very short in their minds!! haha
