Just took a walk through the woods to the river and saw several Oysters that just came out. We had some rain the last couple of days and now there they are. Smelling awesome and ready for harvest. I'm going to wait a few hours till a young couple I know is off work and can go. Last two years they have become interested in wild mushrooms so when I make any finds I'll let them know to learn to identify what and where they grow. Oyster mushrooms are at the top of my list for flavor... So looking forward to some
