An anecdote

My oldest daughter asked my wife "is god real?"
My wife said "yes,of course he is."
my daughter followed that up with" where does he live?
My wife replied " up in heaven"
My daughter then said. " so when berkely ( our dog) dies she will live in heaven with god?"
My wife ,in all of her wisdom, said," When we all die we go to heaven with God."
After a couple of seconds of introspection my Daughter, slightly panicked said," Wait. I am going to die?"

And that is why every group of folks who ever walked the earth, once they were smart enough to realize they were gonna die invented some sort of religion. BUT, every person ends up in the best place possible. Hope my molecules and atoms don't end up in a darn parking lot or skycraper! But, those structures are very temporary so guess it doesn't really matter.
