Man o man Dinner was good Asian Beaver stir-fry.I'm going to put it at some of the best beaver I've ate.If you haven't tried Beaver in recipes you should.
Two beaver lags cut up and fryed with Asia sweet and spicy saigon.
simmer with one package Asin ginger teriyaki stir-fry sauce.
add one bag frozen sugar snap stir-fry vegetables and mushrooms.
serve over rice. I got all my ingredients at Kroger evan the Beer.
This is easy to make and good just ask any Trapper you happen to see. Beaver its whats for Dinner--RESOMAN--

Beaver is good meat, use to eat it quite a bit back in the day.
But Resoman, ain't that Asia sweet and spicy saigon meant for dog meat?
Wait a minute, I might be thinking of something else. Never mind.

The only wild game my ex would eat was deer. I gave her stepmom a bunch of beaver to cook for Christmas dinner one time and the ex thought it was deer. Nobody said a word until she had eaten about half a plate full. She never turned it down after that. Beaver is some good eating for sure.
Charlie , you ever tried it in a crockpot with B-B-Q like you would pulled pork. Some good eating there as well.

Resoman, I was not by no means putting down your cooking at all. It was just the Asia thing that I was making a funny with. I love beaver meat, to me wild meat is way better then store bought meat by far.
My mom and dad came down last week and Mom cooked up some taco stuff with some ground Elk that I have and she couldn't believe the difference when browning the meat. She didn't have to drain the grease because there was non to drain. I was out of wild meat one time and made the mistake of going to the store and getting some ground beef. By the time I got it browned, my skillet was half full of grease. That was the last time I bought ground beef.
