MTP has a list in the back of their catalog. It is by species. I've been using fresh fish when I can get it and fish oil. I plan to try a comercial lure unless I can figure out a better homemade one.

Learn where the glands are on mink. Dry them or grind them fresh and add one gland to one ounce of fish oil. Make sure to stake your trap in case of coon. A little of that stuff will do ya though

Grind them fresh, wow! I cut into one last year and nearly puked my guts up. Skunk is pleasant to what that one smelled like! I'll leave the glands on mustulids to the pros, lol.

They are located on either side of the anus.Guarentee if you cut into them you'll know.I don't know what it is about them, but they have me gagging with their smell.Rather have a skunk swiped under my nose than smell a darn mink lol

They are worse than skunks be cause they are such a small animal you naturally get closer to see what you are doing.
