we have some old meat in the fridge that im not sure if its any good to eat any more. thinking of making it into trap bait. thinking of taking it and putting it in a food dehydrator and cutting it up into small pieces. any of you all do this also and how does it work. also got some bacon in the fridge that is a little old from a camping trip that im gonna fry up cut it up and put in a jar with the bacon grease and keep it for bait also. would you all mix this with some other kind of something to put in with the meat to make it a little better used as bait? heard a lot about stuff being mixed together for bait what all would you guys suggest to mix with it or jsut use it like it is

Chunk up the old meat into bite size chunks and put it in a jar. Put it back in the fridge. Wait until it stinks whenever you open the fridge and throw it in the freezer. The bacon grease and bacon....now theres a bait. Fry it and put it in a jar and it will keep in a cellar. Label all that stuff as bait. Sometimes I drag that stuff out and start to eat it and then remember what it is......
