Today Iam cutting all the beaver meat that I save .This year Iam putting all in the jars with sodium banzoate But do you add the rest with water or what do anyone know.

Hey slickotter I don't joke around.For years I use these beaver meat for prebaiting on fox and coyote and it work very well for me.And my freezer is full this year .So I don't like all my bait to be rotting so I like to be canning all I can for next season and save a little money .Is that ok with you.

I would use enough water to cover. I can liver for trotline bait (Sodium benzo) and I can deer meat to eat (pressure cook in onion soup) What do you do with the beaver tails? And yes, I'd be eating them jokers too.

Thank you krank The beaver tails I give it to my dogs and big one I sell it if I get over 50+ beaver and it look like I will be.And yes I have eating them jokers before and don't care for it sorry slickotter I wasting myself today .I do eat alot of muskrat they are good.
