Dog. Plain old, domesticated dog. Maybe chasin' that 'coon... Dale That's what I'm seeing Dale.You'll notice how round the k-9 tracks are.Coyote more of a arrowhead look with the 2 front toes sticking out more. Cat tracks are more rounded with no nail marks.

German Shepard. About 11 months old. Had "alpo" for breakfast. Is thinking about what he'll have for lunch, and if that cute collie next door wants anything to do with him. Has a cockleburr on his right rear leg, about halfway between the knee and hip...
Once you learn, you can tell a LOT from a set of tracks. Do NOT expect to get this good overnight, if ever.
Couldn't resist bragging on my tracking expertise.
