Be sure and try them and once you weed out the ones that dont work you should have a bunch of great lures. Then you can post some of the good ones. I appreciate the offer! Let us know how it goes for you!

DH soon as I got them I was on the line to minnesota trap supply(refered by Catman) and arts(refered by cajunbill) to get the need things to get it in the mix, To be honest I really got the formulas for history sake, Ive already planned to make the stuff you guys recommend to me and a good "all call", castor and muskrat musk based.

You never know about new formulas until you try them. Sounds like you have a ton of lure making ahead of ya! Its fun to experiment! But it can get expensive! Enjoy it!!

have fun my friend and rememeber this when you make a lure .do these three things and you will learn
1 write the formula down the old brain tends to for get. lol
2 make small batches this will cut down on some of the high cost
3 test twice during the summer and during the fall
some times the animals reaction is different.for a example i made a lure that was hot during the summer but once on the line in the fall the animal rolled on the set.this was due to adding to much catnip.the lure is still worth it's while to a adc trapper but worthless to a trapper for winter use unless they under stand how to use it .when a animal rolls it's trying to get the odor on him so that tells me two things
one don't use at hole type of sets two to use on a rubbing type of set.
these are only a few things that testing your lures will help you to learn.
