Iv been smoking three Hams some Hocks and some Fish.The Fish doesn't take as long so I'll pull them out of the smokehouse before it gets dark. I'll setup the Hams to go all night. I'll have the fish with some of that apple cyder I made. Things are tasting good around here--RESOMAN--

We like to smoke trout on our little smoker, but then we like about anything on the smoker!lol

I tried smoking cheddar cheese and it melted-what a mess guess you don't add heat only smoke to cheese-lesson well learned--RESOMAN--
