It is sprinkling here right now and theres a huge mass over NE MO. That would be Walleye country.

It rained hard here this morning for a couple of hours, then the humidity shot up.

That huge mass/mess over me dropped 2 5/8" of rain on me. Most of it was a slow steady rain. Not a whole lot of run-off.

Monday had 5 in light rain til yesterday morning got1/2 in last night got 5 we had enough this week

The 340 river race was this week. Those storms seemed to be drawn to it. They cancelled it due to bad weather and the floating debris due to the heavy rains .

Rain started again and hasn't let up. Lots of thunder and lightning too. Power went out for a couple of minutes but came back on.

Main storms keep going around us and we get little sprinkles. I think it just turns to steam. Heat has garden dormant.
I dug a pond last April with my tractor because it was so dry and I wanted to get in ahead of the spring rains that never happened.
It never did get any water in it.
Read the farm report and Missouri has the most disappointing outlook in the nation for corn. Everything around me is 6 foot tall but I think the ears are small.
Since April, some regions of the state have 11 inches with a few areas only getting 1 1/2". Way low.

It's still raining here. Creek is rolling and everything is starting to green up again.

We continue to get sprinkles and steam. Last night it was gorgeous out at 830 pm but I was too tired to jump into any projects.

Thunder and lightning most of the night with 3/4 inches of rain.

Another storm a bit ago. Tornado supposed to have touched down just north of town. Got another inch of rain.

2 1/2 inches here now. Weather clown called for up to 1/2 inch lol.

It's amazing how quickly things greened up and weeds now growing like crazy.

60 degrees right now, supposed to get down to 55 before it starts warming up. Going to St Mary's to fish the Mississippi this morning.
