A problem that has occurred with this Forum has been no discussions are archived any more. Interesting topics, where folks can really learn stuff, should be preserved. So I'm asking for requests- past, present, and future. Let me know here, or via PM, if you think a discussion merits saving. Thanks.

Put those drawings of sets in the Archives. Some water set drawings would be nice too.

There use to be a butt load of info in there, but not anymore.
Some of these topic area's don't go back very far at all. Take the chat board for instance, it only goes back to Oct of 2014.

I THINK a lot of the "good stuff" disappeared when Tony left. It wouldn't take long to get it built back up, but I need help knowing and deciding WHAT to keep.

Back up. The format for this site changed a couple years ago. At that point alot of info was lost. Remember when nobody could get on and it was like wandering around in a dark room when we did get on? The site took on a whole new look and Linda got on and apologized it was proboards that made the change. Shortly after that, Grump made his exit. Keith only deleted his posts (that I could tell) Dunno what DH did other than apologize for being gone all the time.
4 years ago, I posted my dear Grandmothers recipe for skunk sandwich spread. She has since departed. I have tried to re-create the recipe from memory and it aint the same. I have searched and searched for the original post and it is gone. THe secret to skunk sandwich spread is lost.

I recall that some one or two posted that peanut oil worked better in that slurry, I never made it so don't know, but I think they claimed it stayed mixed better or something.
Krank is correct most of the good stuff was still here post Keith, both archives and dozens of old posts that should have been archived but weren't. All went at some point of the change from V5 Beta to V5; at the time I thought it was done to save band width, some comment to that effect maybe. What's gone is gone though.
Nothing I ever say is archive material, and the bookmarks I had to the good stuff no longer work.
Sorry about the skunk spread recipe, Mike, but I didn't save it.

What I was saying tho is, the "chat Board" section only goes back to Oct 2014. The "General Trapping" section does go back to Aug 2013 tho. The Archives section does go back a little further but a lot of it is gone.

The archive section has stuff from 2006.
I have one of these proboards set up as our family only thing and we did not lose anything on the switch over
If it is gone from here its because someone deleted it.
Coons aint worth peanut oil $$, that stuff is pricey - Its no problem to shake it back together
