I'm going to be in Boonville/Pilot Grove area this weekend watching my nephew play basketball and was wondering it there's any place to buy bait/traps/trap supplies near? If not, no biggie, I can go to Clarksville and get it from Doren Miller but if I could get it while I'm down there, I'd do that too. Thanks!

hunter101079 wat U wanten Mainly lures/baits and red fox urine. Definitely want some gusto and beaver castor. Then, I'd just look around and get something on hand. Maybe some rebar stakes. |

HAHA! Well, if you weren't way down in supplies, I'd be down in a heartbeat. I think I'm going to head down to see Doren Miller this evening after work and see what I can spend money on there!

Dale, do you have any good baits/lures available for me to catch bobcats/foxes on? I've got a bobcat bait and a jar of hiawatha valley. I've also got Wiley Red 500, a little gusto, and another red fox gland lure. Plus, beaver castor and a beaver carcass to use chunks of meat off of. Plus all of the mice I would ever want. Dare I buy more from you if available?

The Hiawatha is good stuff. I try to always keep Bobcat Gland Lure on hand. You DO have it covered fairly well however with the selection that you've got.

Why ya need so much for hunter101079, sounds like you got plenty. Because I'm still fairly new to trapping. I'm just learning to trap really so that's why I ask those questions on here. Dale, do you have a good bobcat gland lure on hand? I saw some of that but didn't know if I should get it so I didn't. Also, does gusto go bad? I left mine in a bucket in the house. I forgot to put it in the freezer from last year to this year? If it goes bad, do you have some on hand that I could buy? Thanks! |

Gusto never gets bad. I have several different brands of gland lure. I'd have to dig it out (told you, I'm DOWN), but I do have some. Lennon, Cavens, Dobbins, Graham, etc.

Well, I might have to head down and see you just to say I did. I'm in Boonville as we speak. I'll get on here in the morning and see if that would be feasible for you. If not, no big deal. If so, and my nephew won't mind, I'll head down there sometime tomorrow. Just let me know on here or via message if heading down tomorrow sometime would work for you.
